Acceptance
By using Heydave you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What Heydave is
Heydave is a conversational wellbeing companion. Dave is an artificial intelligence designed to listen and talk things through. Heydave is not a medical or healthcare service, not therapy or counselling, and not a substitute for professional help.
Not a crisis service
Heydave is not an emergency or crisis service and cannot help in an emergency. If you are in crisis or worried about your safety, contact Samaritans on 116 123 or call 999.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to use Heydave. By using it, you confirm that you are.
Your account
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you think your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
Use Heydave in good faith. Don't use it for anything unlawful, don't attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or break the service, and don't use it to harm others. We may suspend or remove access if these terms are broken.
AI limitations
Dave's responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Nothing Dave says is professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Use your own judgement and seek qualified help where appropriate.
Availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted access.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of, or reliance on, Heydave. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
